# Unstaking Your CRO
## Unstaking Your CRO in Turbo Prize Pool
There are two methods to withdraw in Turbo Prize Pool which offers you incredible flexibility! Now Decide your favorite method! 🎉

* Withdraw CRO and wait for the 28-32 days Unbonding Period
* Withdraw LCRO Immediately at current LCO:CRO conversion rate

Note that your CRO will undergo at least a 28 days unbonding period upon unstaking. The unstaking requests are being processed in 4 day batches. Resulting in the total unstaking time might go up to 32 days.
There will also be a small withdrawal fee of 0.2% on unstaked CRO charged by Veno Finance.

**How It Works**

# How the Daily Draw Works
Kaching’s Turbo Draw operates on a daily basis. Picks will be allocated to the user based on their proportion of staked CRO in the TVL of each Draw. Each user’s pick has a unique, pseudo-randomly generated number! This number is generated by first hashing the wallet address and then hashing it again with a sequential pick number. ✨🔢\

The parameters of each draw may change from time to time, but we will be sure to announce any changes on our [Discord](http://discord.gg/xenaSXZZ5n).
TL;DR: The more well-matched a user’s pick is to the Winning Number, the higher the prize will be.
Please note, Tier 0 is used to represent the highest tier of a match and is for calculation purposes only. **We will use Tier 1 to represent the highest tier of a match in other parts of the documentation and on Kaching’s main UI as well.**
## The Winning Number
Everyday, we will request a randomly-generated number (“Winning Number”) from Band Protocol's VRF bot ([Learn More](https://www.bandprotocol.com/vrf)). This number follows the same structure as the pseudo-random numbers of each pick.
We will then compare each pseudo-random number on each pick to the "Winning Number", and the magic of matching begins! 🃏💫
## Matching Process
Please bear in mind that the following calculations make use of example figures and should be taken as a reference only.
There are a few variables that is necessary to understand the mechanics behind the draw:

Each tier is (2^Bit Range) times more difficult than the subsequent one (in ascending order).

| Match Cardinality (MC) | This defines the total count of "Bit Ranges" required to achieve the highest-tier prize. Think of it as the steps you need to take on your journey towards the grandest prize. |

The number of possible combinations that the Winning Number can be.

Each individual pick’s likelihood of winning the top prize.

It also represents the increasing relative ease to achieve the degree-of-match required for each subsequent tier.
In other words, Tier 0 is the hardest to match, and each subsequent tier becomes progressively easier to match.

Now, let's delve into how the matching process works.\
Using an example setup of **Bit Range (BRS) = 1** and **Match Cardinality (MC) = 3**.
This implies the Possible Picks (PP) of the full Winning Number is 2^3 = 8;
* 000, 010, 001, 011, 100, 110, 101, 111
And the Probability to win Top Prize (PWT) is 1 / 8.
**Let's consider a hypothetical Winning Number: 111.**
Given the presence of multiple tiers in the prize configuration, the matching process extends to cover each tier. This ensures that prizes are distributed fairly and accurately to winners across all tiers.

To ensure an enticing distribution of rewards that matches the thrill of the draw, we meticulously configure the allocation of prizes for each tier. In our example scenario, we're splitting the rewards as follows:

In our example's Tier 2, where the Possible Picks in the Tier (PPT) exceeds 1, the prize allocated to this tier is distributed among multiple winning combinations. This dynamic arrangement ensures that more participants get to savor the joy of victory within this tier.

# How the MegaDraw Works
**Triggering the Mega Draw**
Whenever the Kaching hits a milestone, the Mega Draw is activated with a value of $5,000 or $10,000 in KCH.
**Prize Allocation**
The user who wins the next Tier 1 prize of the Turbo Draw also wins the Mega Draw for the current milestone.
**Combining Mega Draws**
If multiple milestones are hit without a Tier 1 prize winner, the Mega Draw prize is combined for the next Tier 1 prize winner.
**TVL Milestone Requirements**
To maintain fairness and discourage short-term deposits aimed solely at winning the Mega draw, Total Value Locked (TVL) milestones must be sustained for 30 consecutive days. If TVL sustained in the past 30 consecutive days, any change will not affect or duplicate the existing Mega draw.\
\
For example, if a TVL milestone of 15M CRO is reached on 1 Jan, the TVL should remain no less than 15M CRO until 31 Jan. Falling below the TVL number during this period will void the milestone.
If the TVL has reached a milestone for a month and later on falls below the milestone and later on reaching the same milestone again, there will not be a duplicated prize.
**Eligibility for Mega Draw Participation**
1. Staking Requirements:
* Stake in Turbo account
* Stake a minimum of 500 xKCH in 48-month vaults prior to the Mega Draw announcement.
2. Proportional Winnings:\
Stake more xKCH, the larger the proportion of the Mega Draw winnings.\
Details in the below chart.
**Mega Draw Rules**
1. Rolling Over Prizes\
If the winner did not stake at least 500 xKCH before the results were announced, the prize will roll over to the next Tier 1 winner.
2. Minimum xKCH Staking Requirement:\
If a winner has not staked a minimum of 10,000 xKCH, only a portion of the Mega Draw prize will be available. The remaining prize amount will roll over to the next eligible participant. Details in Proportional Winnings above.
**What if there are more than one Tier 1 prize winner?**
1. The number of Tier 1 prize winners equals the number of mega draw winners. If they have both invested >=10,000 xKCH in 48m vaults, the mega draw will be split evenly.
2. If one of the winners stake less than 10,000 xKCH, then the user will get the proportion of half of the prize
3. Examples: Mega draw prize: $10,000 xKCH

## Results from the draw
If you are lucky enough to be one of the winners of a given daily draw, you will be eligible for prizes.
Upon revealing the results of the draw via our UI, Kaching will automatically check for your **highest-attaining pick** and attribute the corresponding amount of rewards to you. You will then be able to claim the reward if you wish.
If you want to bask in your glory for winning a prize in the latest draw, feel free to reveal the results again! However, if you have claimed the prizes from the latest draw already, you will not be able to reclaim your prize.

### Calculating the number of picks
We calculate a user's picks in two steps:
First, we take the user's TWAB and compare it to the total deposits of CRO in Kaching between two timestamps. This gives us the user's normalized balance - their portion of contribution for the draw. A user can always query their normalized balance for previous draw IDs [here](https://cronoscan.com/address/0x9f3964df53318470b7c8c27527b82d177cdd8fd1#readContract#F5).
Next, we consider the total number of picks in a draw. This is the sum of all user’s picks for a given draw. This can be queried for previous draws [here](https://cronoscan.com/address/0x0EcaB989101b5DFA0057992aF90d6548CB47184B#readContract#F2). The total number of picks will always be the 7th number in the tuple.
Finally, we multiply the user’s normalized balance by the total number of picks in the draw, which gives us the user’s number of picks for a given draw.
### Generating the pseudo-random numbers
To generate unique numbers for each of a user’s picks, we:
1\. Hash the user's address to get a unique base number.
2\. Calculate the user's number of picks for the draw.
3\. And for each pick:
\- Take the base hash and the pick's sequence number as inputs to the hash function
\- Hash them together to generate the unique number for that pick
\- Repeat for all picks in sequence
So in summary, we hash the user's address once to get a base number. Then we hash that base with each pick's sequential number to generate a unique number per pick.

And if you're directly staking WCRO, it's a smooth transfer to the Kaching contract.
What are the prizes, and where do they come from?

Prize in Base Draw is yield generated from Tectonic Finance. Prize in Turbo Draw is yield generated from Cronos POS validators through Veno Finance

What is Winning Chance?
‘Winning Chance’ is the estimated probability that you win a prize for the upcoming draw based on your current picks. This figure increases with stakings, due to being allocated more picks, and decreases with burns, due to being allocated fewer picks.

How does the timing of my CRO stake affect my chances of winning?
To maximize your chances of winning the draw, it's important to stake your CRO before the "Offset" time. Stakings made after the Offset time will count towards the next draw.\

Why might the UI countdown differ from the actual results time?
While the UI countdown provides an estimate, the actual time the results are available could vary by around +- 1 hour due to the time needed to run the draw scripts. However, we will continuously enhance our processes to optimize the script runtimes.
How do I find out the number of prizes per tier in a draw?
The configuration of the number of prizes for each tier may be adjusted before each draw period begins. Please note that once the Beacon Period starts, the configuration will be locked and cannot be changed. This ensures fairness and transparency throughout the draw process.\

How many winners are there per tier in each draw, and is this count fixed?
The number of winners per tier in each draw is probabilistic and may not necessarily reach the maximum possible count. While the maximum number of winners for each tier per draw is defined, the actual count can vary due to the probabilistic nature of the draw.
What happens to the prizes if no ticket matches the higher-tier winnings in a draw?
If no user's ticket matches the tier of winnings that require a higher degree of matching, the prize pool for that tier remains unclaimed for that draw. The unclaimed prizes are not rolled over or added to future draws. Instead, they are utilized to derive additional yield, which contributes to the overall value of prizes, especially after the subsidized period.
What is Base Draw?

Welcome to the Kaching Protocol (“Kaching”, also “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kaching website, (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and are entering into a binding agreement with us that includes these Terms and any other policies referenced herein (the “Agreement”). This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site (“Users”). Kaching reserves the right to make unilateral modifications to these Terms and once any part of the Agreement is updated, you will be bound by the Terms if you continue to use the Site.
Please read this Agreement thoroughly to ensure complete understanding. It contains mandatory individual arbitration and class action/jury trial waiver provisions requiring arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions.
## **Kaching Site**
Through the Site, Kaching provides access to a decentralized rewards tool on the Cronos blockchain (“Protocol”) . The Protocol allows participants to use Cronos assets (“Assets”) to transact via smart contracts (“Smart Contracts”). We may, at any time, and without liability to you, modify or discontinue all or part of the Site (including access to the Site via any third-party links).
## **Site Use**
### **Eligibility**
This Agreement is between you and Kaching. You must agree to these terms before using the Site. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site. You may only use the Site if you can form a binding contract with Kaching and comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that:
1. You are at least 18 years of age;
2. You have the full right, power, capacity and authority to agree to these terms;
3. You or any non-custodial wallet address (“NCW Address”) you control have not previously been banned or prohibited from accessing Kaching; and
4. You are in compliance and will remain in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, or other requirements or guidelines, issued by any governmental or regulatory authority, applying or intended to apply to you or your property, transaction or activity.
Kaching makes no representations that the Site is appropriate or available for use in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge and agree that you access the Site voluntarily and are responsible for your compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Site if you are subject to any financial sanctions, embargoes or other restrictive measures imposed by the United Nations, European Union, any EU country, UK Treasury or US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
### Access and Use
The mechanics of a Kaching season (“Season”) are as determined by us in our sole discretion, and are set out at the following \[] (“Mechanics”). To participate in a Season, you will need a non-custodial wallet (“NCW”). We reserve the right to ask you to provide certain personal information to associate to your NCW for the purposes of your participation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your NCW. We have no control or guarantee over your NCW(s); your NCW is provided by a third-party service provider and is generally governed by separate terms and conditions set by the respective third-party service provider. It is your sole responsibility to review and comprehend the terms and conditions associated with your chosen NCW to ensure compliance and to be aware of any applicable charges or risks.
Subject to this Agreement's terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Site as permitted by its features. Kaching reserves all rights not expressly granted regarding the Site and Content. Kaching may terminate this license fully or partially at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you remain bound by the Agreement.
We may, without notice, change the Site, limit access, or suspend Users. We may terminate your access for any reason. Upon termination, this Agreement remains in effect.
### Site Rules
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the Kaching servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Kaching grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy publically available materials from Kaching for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Site; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Site; (viii) using the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the Site; (xi) accessing any content on the Site through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Site; or (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Site or the content therein.
Any transactions that are executed through bad practices in our absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, falsifications, self-dealing, or transactions that display any attributes of market manipulation ('disqualified transactions”), will not be counted towards your participation in a Season and may result in your being banned from the Site.
You are solely responsible for interactions with other Users. Kaching has no liability for such interactions but reserves the right to monitor disputes and carry out any remedial or mitigative steps as it deems appropriate.
Kaching reserves the right to investigate and prosecute any suspected breaches of this Agreement, including the Terms. We may disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
### Changes to Kaching
We may in our absolute and sole discretion change, update, amend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Site or rules of participation in the Site, and restrict or prohibit access to the Site, at any time, permanently or temporarily, without prior notice to you or compensation for any loss of rewards accrued, earned or associated with you NCW.
### Fees and Payments
To participate in a Season, you will need to connect a non-custodial wallet (“NCW”) and allocate the appropriate Assets to the correct Smart Contract, in accordance with the Mechanics. Removal of your Assets prior to the end of a Season period, as specified in the Mechanics, may result in total loss of any rewards accrued or associated with your NCW.
By participating in a Season, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the applicable fees, as set out in and . No refunds are permitted on successful purchases, staking, lock-ups, allocations, transfers or transactions within or in relation to Kaching.
You are responsible for your taxes and duties. Users bear sole responsibility for paying any and all taxes, duties and assessments now or hereafter claimed or imposed by any governmental authority associated with their use of the Site and/or payable as a result of using and/or exploiting any Assets and interacting with Smart Contracts.
## Kaching Proprietary Rights
The Site and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including software, graphics, images, text, logos, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related intellectual property rights, are property of Kaching or our affiliates, or licensors, as applicable (“Content”). Unless explicitly provided herein, nothing grants you any rights to any intellectual property and Content may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. You may not sell, license, modify, reproduce, transmit, display, perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from Content. Non-permitted use is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.
By submitting feedback to improve the Site, you agree your disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, without obligation, and that Kaching may use it without compensation and disclose it non-confidentially. You acknowledge Kaching retains rights to similar ideas.
## No Professional Advice
Any information on the Site is for informational purposes only, not professional advice of any kind. No actions should be taken solely based on Site information. Seek independent professional counsel in applicable areas.
## Security
Kaching uses reasonable safeguards to protect your information and settings. However, we cannot guarantee protection from unauthorized access. You provide Assets and information at your own risk.
## Third-Party Links and Information
The Site may contain third-party links and information. Kaching does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party sites, information, products or services. Accessing any third-party site is at your own risk. This Agreement does not apply to third-party site use. You release Kaching from liability for any loss/damage resulting from advertiser dealings or promotions. You agree Kaching has no liability for such losses.
## Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kaching and its affiliates and its and their agents, directors, officers, contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (i) your Site or Protocol use and transmitted and received data; (ii) your breach of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any rights or applicable laws; (iv) any misleading or false information you provide; (v) your willful misconduct; (vi) third parties’ access and use of, and any actions taken with regards to the Site or Protocol; or (vi) third parties’ violation of any rights or applicable laws.
## Assumption of Risk; Release
By using Kaching, yo acknowledge and accept Site and Protocol risks, including the following: You are solely responsible for Smart Contracts; Asset access may be suspended/terminated; Assets could diminish in value; and all risks listed in the Risk Disclosures document at the following link: .
You expressly agree: (A) you assume all risks of accessing/using the Site, Protocol and Smart Contracts; and (B) you release Kaching from any and all liability for damages arising from Site, Protocol or Smart Contract use.
## No Warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty. Kaching disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, correctness, meeting your requirements, availability, security, lack of viruses, lack of defects, title, and non-infringement. Kaching does not warrant advice or information from the Site will meet your expectations. Kaching is not responsible for any damage from Site downloads.
Kaching does not warrant, endorse or monitor any third party products, services or sites accessible via the Site. You assume all risks associated with third parties.
## Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaching assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) unauthorized access, bugs, exploits or hacking of the Site or associated smart contracts; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our site by any third party; (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site; and/or (vii) user actions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KACHING OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFIT OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS, THE SITE OR THIRD PARTY SITES AND PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE AND EVEN IF KACHING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ACCESS TO, AND USE OF THE SITE OR THIRD PARTY SITES AND PRODUCTS ARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING THEREFROM. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE OR INTERACTION WITH ANY SMART CONTRACTS OR SERVICES ON THE SITE EXCEED US$100.
We and our affiliates will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligation under these terms where the failures or delay results from any cause beyond reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labour disputes or other industrial disturbances, electrical or power outages, utilities or other telecommunications failures, upgrades to the validation rules of a given blockchain (e.g. a “hard fork” or “soft fork”), earthquake, storms or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.
## Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action/Jury Trial Waiver
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong without regard to any choice or conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration: Carefully read this section, which requires arbitration of disputes on an individual basis. If a dispute arises out of or relates to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, and if said dispute cannot be settled through negotiation it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong law. The seat of arbitration shall be in Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. If any proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, then the successful or prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in such proceeding in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled. This does not prevent Kaching from seeking injunctive relief to prevent infringement.
Class Action/Jury Trial Waiver: All claims must be brought individually, not as a class action or other representative proceeding. This waiver applies to class arbitration. Unless agreed otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate claims. By using the Site, you and Kaching waive any right to a jury trial or class/representative proceeding.
## Severability
If any provision of the Agreement (including, without limitation, these Terms) is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from the Agreement. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
## Assignment
The Agreement (including, without limitation, these Terms) may be assigned without your prior consent to any Kaching companies, affiliates, or to its successors in the interest of any business associated with the Site provided by us. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under the Agreement without our prior written consent.
## Entire Agreement
The Agreement (including, without limitation, these Terms) and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms). Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement (including, without limitation, these Terms) shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
# Risk Disclosure
Your use of the Kaching protocol involves various risks, including, but not limited to, losses while digital assets are being supplied to the Kaching protocol. Before using the Kaching protocol, you should review the relevant documentation to make sure you understand how the Kaching protocol works.
AS DESCRIBED IN THE KACHING PROTOCOL LICENCES, THE KACHING PROTOCOL AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ”AS IS”, AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. No developer or entity involved in creating the Kaching protocol will be liable for any claims or damages whatsoever associated with your use, inability to use, or your interaction with other users of, the Kaching protocol, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of profits, cryptocurrencies, tokens, or anything else of value.
By using the Kaching protocol, you acknowledge and agree that your interaction with the protocol is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any losses, damages or other consequences resulting from your use of the protocol, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaching and any associated developers or entities from any claims, liabilities or expenses arising from your use of the protocol. A non-exhaustive list sets out some of the applicable risks involved in interacting with the protocol below.
#### Digital Assets Risk
There are inherent risks associated with using virtual assets and participating in virtual asset transactions, including, without limitation:
* Partial or total loss of virtual assets or initial capital;
* Delisting or collapse in liquidity with respect to certain virtual assets;
* Changes in the compatibility of a virtual asset with the protocol;
* Regulatory uncertainty and government or legal enforcement action against certain virtual assets or categories of virtual assets or projects involved in digital asset activities, including, without limitation, the prohibition of virtual assets in certain jurisdictions;
* Extreme volatility with respect to a certain virtual asset or market behaviour, market forces, transaction parameters and value attributed to virtual assets;
* Delays in or complete failure of virtual asset transactions being confirmed; and
* Instability, congestion, disruptions, errors, high transaction costs, network latency.
#### Third Party Risk
There are counterparty risks in using the Kaching protocol.
The Kaching protocol uses several other protocols. Therefore the first type of risk is the risk that these other integrated protocols can fail. Specifically, by using Kaching you are also taking on the risks of using the Cronos chain, the collateral you are staking, and the yield service, including, without limitation, Tectonic Finance, Veno Finance.
Kaching may rely on or integrate third-party platforms, services or technologies. Any issues, changes or disruptions to these third-party components could negatively impact the protocol, performance or user experience. Furthermore, the intellectual property rights surrounding the assets on the website and protocol may be subject to dispute, infringement or other legal issues that could negatively impact the protocol or the value of relevant assets.
The success of the Kaching protocol depends on the active participation and engagement of its user community. If the community’s interest or involvement declines, the protocol’s performance and ecosystem may suffer, potentially leading to reduced value and a diminished user experience.
#### Website Risk
As with any online platform, the Kaching website at may rely on software or other technologies which may fail or experience issues, and it may be susceptible to hacking, phishing, or other cyber attacks. It is your responsibility as a user to take precautions to secure their accounts and personal information and be vigilant against potential threats.
#### Smart Contract Risk
As with any blockchain-based services or code, there is a risk that there could be some sort of bug, fault, defect, hack, error, exploit or unforeseen circumstances with respect to the Kaching Protocol or smart contracts or technologies that the protocol depends on. Depending on what the bug, fault, defect, hack, error, or exploit is, a bad actor may be able to take some or all of the funds stored in the Kaching protocol. Possible attacks on the Kaching protocol or the technologies that the protocol depends on include, without limitation, distributed denial of service, Sybil attacks, phishing, social engineering, hacking, smurfing, malware, double-spending, majority-mining, consensus-based or other mining attacks, misinformation campaigns, forks, and spoofing. Other potential risks include market misconduct by participants on Kaching protocol, including, without limitations, market manipulation, trading on the basis of non-public information, and front-running.
#### Development Risk
The development and improvement of the Kaching protocol depends on the ongoing efforts of the team and the resources available to them. There is no guarantee that the protocol will achieve its development goals or continue to make improvements, and the protocol may experience delays, setbacks, or other challenges during its development process.
#### Wallet Loss Risk
This risk doesn’t have anything to do with Kaching but we wanted to mention it. Using Kaching requires you to use a self-custodial wallet that supports Cronos dApps. If you permanently lose access to this wallet, or if your seed phrase or private keys are compromised, this is entirely your responsibility and it is likely that you will not be able to recover your funds. Different wallets have different recovery mechanisms. It’s important for you to know what those are and be able to recover your wallet.
